As a vital member of our development team, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating our platform with external systems to enhance functionality and user experience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, designing robust solutions, and implementing efficient code to ensure seamless data exchange between our platform and external services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing integration requirements and designing scalable solutions to connect our platform to third-party services.
• Developing and maintaining APIs and integration modules using .NET technologies for seamless communication between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of integrations.
• Perform extensive testing and debugging to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices for integration technologies and apply them to our development processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners on integration-related questions and issues.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the .NET framework and C# programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Web API or similar frameworks.
• A solid understanding of data formats such as JSON and XML and experience with data transformation techniques.
• Ability to work with external APIs and SDKs of various service providers and effectively use authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier for rapid integration development.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS to host and deploy integrated solutions.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics with a focus on integration projects.
• Certifications in technologies or platforms related to integration and API development.
