Customer Support Operations & Call Center Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Operations & Call Center Representative to join our team, based in the Asian side of Istanbul, to work full-time in our office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer calls in a timely and professional manner,
  • Making outbound calls via phone, chat, email, and other communication tools, creating support requests for relevant departments, and collaborating harmoniously with other teams,
  • Understanding customer needs and emotions, demonstrating an empathetic approach, and resolving encountered issues quickly and effectively,
  • Showing interest in e-commerce and tourism and being willing to learn new things,
  • Quickly and effectively resolving customer complaints and issues,
  • Directing unresolved issues to relevant departments or authorities,
  • Tracking issues that take time to resolve and providing feedback to customers,
  • Accurately recording customer contact information and call details,
  • Updating customer information and keeping the database up to date,
  • Promoting the company’s products and services to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Call Center,
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs,
  • Possessing a good command of English (B2) and having at least one of the specified language proficiency certificates (TOEFL, IELTS, YDS), or a diploma in Translation and Interpreting, or having scored at least 65 out of 100 on the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam conducted by ÖSYM, or an international certificate recognized as equivalent by ÖSYM,
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure and stressful situations,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Ability to take initiative, strong individual follow-up skills, and a team-oriented mindset,
  • High proficiency in reporting and analysis,
  • Solution and results-oriented approach,
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks,
