We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate setting to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be adept at handling a variety of legal matters related to our business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and draft various legal documents, including corporate documents, to ensure compliance and protect the company’s interests.
- Provide daily legal advice and support to business units on matters pertaining to laws and regulations.
- Support corporate governance activities, including guiding the legal responsibilities and rights of the company and its directors and corporate housekeeping
- Participate in the development and amendment of policies and internal procedures.
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in transactions and official institutions, and support responses to requests/applications from these entities.
- Provide legal support and guidance to resolve disputes in favor of the company before reaching litigation.
- Support the company’s national and international projects.
- Provide in-house training on relevant legislation within the scope of duty.
- Represent the company before public institutions and organizations.
- Conduct legal research, analyze, and systematize information from various sources to keep the business informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications and provide proactive solutions.
- Review and comment on contracts and other documents related to trade, commercial, and operational matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduated from a Law Department at a reputable university.
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Lawyer, preferably specializing in corporate law.
- Ability to manage disputes, including litigation and pre-litigation processes.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, revising, and providing opinions on all sorts of contracts.
- Strong research skills and techniques to support claims and arguments.
- Demonstrates planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable to adapt and use software.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
- Preferable but not mandatory: proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
