Health Tourism Corporate Communication and Operations Authorized Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in managing corporate communications and operations,
  • Maintain and manage corporate relationships,
  • Communicate directly with clients and address their needs,
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to ensure service standards are met,
  • Perform at least 50% of the work outside the office, with flexible hours based on operational needs,
  • Be dynamic and adaptable to different schedules and environments in an active communication role.
  • Actively contributing to the creation, measurement, and monitoring of the organization’s general communication policy, strategy, and corporate communication plan,
  • Owning a portfolio in hospitals and clinics that provide services in the field of health tourism, and having sectoral knowledge,
  • Being proficient in pricing and proposal processes,
  • Developing/contributing to the design, campaigns, and creative content of all kinds of visual, written, printed, digital communication materials, promotional materials, and similar needs in line with the corporate communication plan,
  • Managing corporate identity projects from end to end,
  • Conducting event and fair follow-up activities,
  • Developing the customer portfolio,
  • Closely following the digital media, tools, and agenda of the sector, performing measurement and analysis, informing stakeholders instantly and periodically, and preparing action plans in line with performance metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experienced in tourism or operations management,
  • Capable of effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, in line with the corporate culture,
  • Proficient in management and collaboration development skills, competent in communication and problem-solving,
  • Possessing a good command of English (B2) and holding one of the specified language proficiency documents (TOEFL, IELTS, YDS), or a degree in Translation and Interpretation, or having scored at least 65 out of 100 in the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam conducted by ÖSYM, or holding an internationally recognized certificate deemed equivalent by ÖSYM,
  • Effective communication skills.
