We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our young and dynamic team. You will be responsible for all social media accounts as a part of our Digital Marketing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing our company’s and brands’ social media accounts.
• Planning and producing content (text, images, videos).
• Creating and managing social media campaigns.
• Monitoring social media trends and developing strategies accordingly.
• Using analytical tools to measure performance and reporting.
• Responding to customer inquiries via social media.
• Organizing and managing influencer collaborations.
• Developing and executing project ideas.
• Shooting social media videos, reels, and photos.
• Quickly editing videos, reels, and photos using current software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of social media management experience.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Creative and innovative thinking in content production.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in social media performance analysis tools (Meta Business, Metricool, Google Analytics etc.).
• Experience in influencer collaborations.
• Project management skills.
• Experience in video shooting and editing, and proficiency in current video editing software.
• Teamwork and time management skills.
• Preferably proficient in English.
